cosy double room included a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. open bathrooms, that included bathtubs, were cleaned daily. the overall atmosphere was cozy, but some staff members were not that friendly. the public parking was nearby, nice service.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything nice. Ideal central location and really helpful staff. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

I liked the location and the slick design. I also got a good offer and good value for money. It felt like a comfortable choice when travlelling on your own.

The hotel looks really nice (mix between vintage, persian rugs and lots of white design). Perfectly located for a city/shopping trip.

The walls between the rooms are extremly thin, resulting in the fact that i could hear anything my 'neighbours' said or did. This was a known problem, but no compensation was offerd. Also the room was quite dirty.

Its location was very central, an easy walk to Nationale Street. It also was in the old Centre...

Had a blast with my friends! The location is perfect for exploring nearby markets and the Ring Road. The common areas are cozy, and breakfast was solid with good portions. The staff was super friendly.

One downside was the shower leaking onto the floor, a bit uncomfortable.

No staff in hotel from 8 30pm onwards. Lobby and all sitting areas bar closed. Free drinks as advertised nowhere in sight other than small bottle of water in the bedroom. Tiny bathroom. Superior room was small, uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

Nice lounge with snacks, wine and coffee. Great location and awesome breakfast.

I loved this hotel as it put me just a few steps from the fine Cathedral of Our Lady and a short, pleasant walk to the vibrant Grote Markt. The staff were also friendly.

glass wall between the bed and shower won't suit everybody, concrete ceilings unpainted make the place look more industrial than romantic, the standard room isn't as tastefully decorated as the pictures featured on the site

Cleaning service of the rooms was poor

The location was excellent. I really enjoyed the cozy bar area with complimentary evening drinks and snacks, which added a nice touch to the stay. The room was quite stylish and comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side. It was a pleasant experience and a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
